When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. h999 reserves the right to reverse any transaction made using an account belonging to another person.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must first be met. Once completed, the bonus amount is transferred to your main balance and becomes available for withdrawal.
Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still active may result in that bonus being cancelled. Always check your bonus status before submitting a withdrawal request.
The h999 welcome bonus is exclusively for new members and can only be claimed once per account. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.

While a bonus balance is active, you may not place bets exceeding the specified maximum amount per bet (see the table above). Bets placed above this limit may not count toward wagering requirements, or the bonus may be forfeited.
All bets placed at h999 are considered final — once confirmed, they generally cannot be cancelled. However, h999 reserves the right to void or amend a bet in the following circumstances:
